Certified organic
No synthetic pesticides, no shortcuts. Just clean beans grown the way the soil intended.
Roasted for the ones who stomp their own path. We're flattening burnt, bland, corporate coffee with organic, small-batch beans roasted loud and proud. No ego, no jargon, no cover-up. Consider this your monster wake-up call.
Survivor reports
"Walked in for a latte, left with three bags of Atomic Breath. The barista told me the monster made me do it. I believe him."
Dani R. · Dock 9 regular"Neon Tokyo tastes like raspberry jam and jasmine tea had a very loud baby. Best light roast I've had in years."
Marcus T. · Home espresso nerd"Subscription shows up like clockwork. The bag art is so good my kid cut out the kaiju and stuck it on the fridge."
Priya S. · Subscriber since 2024"Found them by accident chasing a giant footprint mural downtown. Stayed for the cold brew. No regrets."
Jo K. · Accidental tourist"Crush Depth pulls the thickest, darkest shot. Crema like wet tar, in the best way possible."
Leo M. · Café owner"Decaf that doesn't taste like an apology. Mothlight is my 9pm ritual now."
Hana W. · Night owlWhy Kaiju
No synthetic pesticides, no shortcuts. Just clean beans grown the way the soil intended.
Never more than 12kg a drop. Every batch is tasted before it's allowed out of the lair.
We pay farmers well above fair-trade minimums, and we know every one of them by name.
Your beans leave the roaster less than 48 hours before they leave our dock. Freshness, weaponised.
Plant-based liners and paper shells. The only thing we leave behind is a footprint, never a landfill.
Independent, crew-owned and loud about it. We hire from the neighbourhood we stomp around in.

01 · Pure & organic
Grown in shade on volcanic hillsides, without synthetic chemicals and without hurry. Healthy soil makes cherries that taste like something: bright, sweet and alive. We'd rather stomp on bad farming than on flavour.

02 · Certified & traceable
Every bag carries a lot number. Scan it and you'll see the farm, the harvest date, what we paid and the day we roasted it. Monsters are scary. Mystery coffee is scarier.

A 1962 cast-iron drum, rebuilt by hand and wired to a roast-curve logger. Every profile is dialled to a tenth of a degree, so the beast you love tastes exactly the same next month.
